The Practice


Established in 1995. Principal Elfed Williams has academic double-Masters and professional qualifications as a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Town Planner specializing in town and country planning, commercial property and planning and development law, a versatile combination which is of much value to Clients and their diverse issues in Wales.

He is a mature professional with over 40 years private practice experience in all aspects of property, estate management, land-use planning and development.

Having developed his niche practice working from a fully resourced home-office, advising a diverse range of private and public body clients.

With a forensic analytical approach he is skilled in constructing and delivering robust advocacy arguments in support of Clients cases. He looks for innovative solutions to property and land-use issues and complex legal disputes between parties.


He is regularly instructed by lawyers to provide litigation support and expert evidence in contentious matters and is on the list of the President of the RICS for appointment as an expert witness. He has direct access to allied professionals, specialist consultants, Solicitors, and the Bar, if required.
